Business Analyst
Partners with clients and consultants to document processes, gather requirements, and support testing and adoption. Focuses on clarity, documentation quality, and traceability from requirements to solution.
Criteria: 1–3 years ERP or business systems experience, 1–2 implementations or major projects, strong analytical and documentation skills.
Functional Consultant
Designs and configures NetSuite to support core business processes (Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.). Works directly with clients on requirements, configuration, testing, and training.
Criteria: 3–6 years ERP/NetSuite experience, 2–4 implementations, deep knowledge in one or more functional areas.
Technical Consultant
Builds and supports NetSuite customizations and integrations. Develops scripts, workflows, integrations, and data migrations while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Criteria: 3–6 years NetSuite technical experience, 2–4 implementations, strong SuiteScript and integration experience.
Senior Consultant
Leads day-to-day delivery for implementations and major workstreams. Translates business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions, manages client relationships, and coaches consultants.
Criteria: 6–9 years ERP/NetSuite experience, 5–7 full lifecycle implementations, strong functional and cross-module expertise.
Principal Consultant
Owns solution architecture and client outcomes across complex NetSuite programs. Acts as executive advisor, sets delivery standards, mentors senior staff, and handles the toughest design and escalation decisions.
Criteria: 10+ years ERP/NetSuite experience, 8–10+ full lifecycle implementations, proven leadership of multi-workstream programs.
